I recognized you struggle to get access to CRM.
Unfortunately I still cannot see new user(s) in CRM which means there must be a pending request/approval via myID which I cannot influence actually and where only Corporate IT can handle the issue.
In case you did not follow the procedure via myID yet I have attached the required instruction again.
The case related for assign the permission over CRM still pending.... Sorry for this.
I will try today to urge this task to my colleague.
