Therefore, assessment and evaluation
of such online training system is a necessity
to its future as a feasible altemative
approach to traditional instmctor-led classroom
training. This research study provides
valuable contribution regarding the reaction-
based satisfaction level of KU's
students with respect to online training
effectiveness and efficiencies. Findings of
this research determine if there is sufficient
demand for online training at KU.
The results provide a profile and reference
for policy and decision makers as well as
professionals regarding the integration of
online training in Kuwait's organizations.
Thus, the study provides, somewhat, the
top-management rank officials with empirical
research evidences that scientifically
and academically either reinforce or challenge
the application of online traitiing on
a national level
