The observed and simulated data of the two years (2011e2012)
are shown in Fig. 4.
In general, the ammonia concentration of SG1 was lower than
that of SG2, it indicates the water quality of SG1 was better than
SG2 for lesser pollutant loads. The data were separated into three
periods, namely winter, summer and other period. They showed
seasonal variation: (1) Ammonia concentrations were the highest
in winter and lowest in summer. (2) The difference of the data in
one period was small. The MSE between observed data and
simulated data, which were estimated with means of k and values
at the 5% and 95% credible level of k, were calculated respectively
