Screen Name : Room
Function Description
Insert 1. Default active status.
2. Press save button, the system will check duplicated data.
3. Save data in Room table.
4. When data is completely saved, return to the screen and reset all data as new screen, the cursor is in the first box ready for new entry.
Inquiry
1. Name of meeting room can be searched with wildcard format (%xx%).
2. If search criteria is null then search all data.
3. After user enter keyword then press search button.
4. System will do search process according to search condition
5. The system will return the result, if there is no result then the system will display message “data not found”.
6. The meeting room code will be displayed in ascending order.
Edit
1. Select data from search results.
2. All items except meeting room code can be edited.
Delete 1. Check data is to use this Room? If found then Show massage “Cannot delete because have other screen using room data ”
2. Display confirmation message for deletion. If press OK button then delete record. If press CANCEL then stop deletion.
