3.1.1 A total of 16 shift vans are available for service. The service routes are in the Attachment 4.1.
3.1.2 New shift employees who wish to use the service are required to contact SGA section, K. Somkiat K. at ext. 1477, at least 1 day in advance together with the following information:
- Name & employee's I.D.
- Map of employee's present address with Mobile no.
- Pick up date & time
3.1.3 Before changing the boarding point, please check the availability of the van with SGA.
3.1.4 Employees should provide their telephone numbers which can be contacted by SGA in case of changes of service or van delay.
3.1.5 The employees who use the van services must strictly follow the van schedule and must be on time.
3.1.6 Pick-up and drop off service from home is subjected to the conditions of the roads, the accessibility of the vans, the safety of the passengers, and the time consumed.
3.1.7 Compensation of Bt.200 will be granted to employees who come to work by their own or public transportation due to the shortcoming of the services.
