Three-way ANOVA indicated that date had a significant effect on
flavonoid content (Table 1). Among dates, flavonoid contents were
similar from day 1 to 7 and decreased significantly from day 7 to 14.
Flavonoid content then increased significantly from day 14 to 21
and flavonoid content at day 21 was significantly higher than at any
other date (Fig. 3). Salinity and light treatments did not have a significant
effect on total flavonoid content when all sample dates where
included (Table 1)
