We just had a meeting on this issue.
Since Thailand is the first country where this problem occured, we are in the process of making guide on how to check the unit.
Before that, we suggest you to take the following steps, considering the box is not open yet.
1. Take photos of the box showing ;
- All sides -> Top, all four sides(make sure the bottom base shows on the photo)
- Shock watch and tilt watch attached on two different sides
- Serial number of the product
2. Send the above photos to the forwarding company who is responsible for the damage, in order to get compensation.
Confirm with them that you will get compensation, after the box(with activated shock and tilt watch) has been open.
