Responsibilities:
• Look after the retirement plans of the employees
• Work in conducting workshops or other training program for the employees so that they could enhance their skills
• Look after the safety and recreation of the employees according to labor laws
• Be able to identify vacancies in advance, and work towards the filling up of vacant positions
• Inform the employees about the company policies
• Brief the new employees about their job roles, what work they need to perform, as well as their compensation packages
• Work closely with management team and store manager

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management or relevant fields
• At least 1 - 5 years of experiences in retail business or relevant fields
• Strong communication skills and service-minded
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws
• Able to work on shift pattern
• Able to relocate and/or travel to upcountry
