Staff on the EDP system – Once someone has attended the Champion Safety Workshop and completed their Personal Commitment Form the details should be input into the EDP mandatory Champion Safety objective ‘free text’ box. The Personal Commitments then replace the three examples that staff are required to demonstrate for the objective. Updating and saving changes to the EDP form can be done by the Line Manager at any time without having to move the EDP form to the
next stage. Moving forward, (2016 EDP year) the commitments can be entered in the
Champion Safety objective at Create and Meet stage. The LMS administrator for your department should also be informed that the individual has attended the Champion Safety workshop in order to update their LMS profile
