You also don’t think that they have actually customised the system properly as they undertook to do. You have never been asked for any additional information and as Polkinhorne left so soon after the agreements were signed, you don’t understand how this customisation could have been done. You also suspect that the system is just not up to the strain of running at full capacity. You understood at the time of the POC that that was merely a limited volume demonstration and you had to take on faith the fact that the system could run at the immeasurably higher volumes involved in practice.
