As such, and as discussed this morning, please segregate all those fail transactions.
Identify the MSISDNs, and cross check this against the last 3 month's DNs. If these numbers have not been successfully charged for the past 3 months, then remove them from your database. This will provide a more "cleaner" subscriber base, which will most definitely reduce the failure rate PLUS provide faster transactions time for the rest.
It will also give us a a better understanding of our total number of active subscribers. Thereafter, we should introduce the implementation of the "Subscriber Growth Table (SGT)" - which will help monitor the performance of these subscription services based on the number of subscribers. I will share the SGT mechanism with Benny and yourself later.
