If you're ever kidnapped and zip-tied with your hands in front of you, there's a easy way to break free of them. First, you'll want to align the connector with the gap between your wrists and make sure the zip-tie is tight.
Then, it's as simple as pulling your elbows down - with as much force as possible - past your hips...
And boom. Zip-tie broken.
