I lose trust in this system, ans I think it is very unappreciated when Lazada staff starting to dictate or to advise merchants if they cannot control their system.
Like Yesterday, I called Lazada 4 times to inform them that Kerry AGAIN not came to pick up the items. My time , my costs to clear this why it always happens. The only thing I got from your staff as answer was ......wait they will come, which was off course not the case as Kerry leaves this island by 4PM and I called by 5PM and NO ONE came.
And to upset me even more this morning I get harassed from Lazada in for me not understandable Thai Language ( I told the staff now 10000 times that I'm a only English speaker registered Merchant ) To do something with the items registered ready to ship.....
Are Lazada kitting me???? Send this unreliable deliver company daily from Monday to Friday and make sure they pick up the orders before you harass the merchants. Unbelievable.....and in the end some idiot cancels the order because of late ( not my fault!!!!) and I lose the deal and sales. How about a compensation about all the lost sales because of this?
