Responsible for the proper communication flow within the department and to other concerned sections.

Checkup of guest room prior to arrival to ensure a top standard
Ensuring that all special requests are communicated accordingly
COMPETENCIES:
Experience in a similar position within a luxury environment
Experience in working in the service industry
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English language
