Sawan, thanks for arranging the meeting and the agenda. A fruitful session for sure. Below are my notes and comments from the session:
Somsak needs to prepare the warehousing layout for the new finished goods warehouse and for the existing warehouse. Dedicated areas, especially for packing and raw materials.
Rabiab, included overall changeover time trend for both 6 and 4 ton lines. We need to focus on this and reduce.
Somsak, need to show the monthly performance of both 100% Check and Inner Box Packing.
Somsak to start tracking truck loading time, truck waiting times and delivery performance per plan.
Siriwan, needs to report on OEM performance. Especially In Full and On Time.
We need to report on the KPIs that we are going to display on the KPI board. So Utilization, Manhours per 1 Thousand Briks, Absenteeism Percent, Overall Waste (includes rejects, scrap, good scrap and line losses).
Need to address the performance of Purchasing. PRs need to be processed within 3 to 5 days assuming adequate data is supplied. All outstanding POs to be raised within the next two weeks. Each department head to confirm that the listed PRs are still required and no duplicates.
Tony, we need to track overall cost to produce. This is include all non variable and variable costs.
Sarawut, the project list must be more detailed with actual timings for key milestones. To include replacement of A3, two new TBA 19s installation, 6/10 ton sterilizer replacement, DKY project and upgrade of In Out Warehouse into new Packing Area.
