There is a special dish from my country, Chad. It's called mula charmut. It is made of dry meat that is covered with oil. It also contains tomatoes, so it has a vibrant, red color. Its unique taste also comes from onions, garlic, and salt. People eat mula charmut with a soft, chewy bread made from millet (a grain). It's delicious, and it's very popular in Chad. When I eat it, it reminds me of my beautiful home.
