Responsibilities
Recruiting and staffing
Organizational departmental planning
Organization development
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training
Policy development and documentation
Employee relations
Company-wide committee facilitation
Company employee and community communication
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Employee services and counseling.
Special requirements
Provides technical translation and interpretation of business related meetings and mails
Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments
Coordinates and supports activities with Japan corporate office personnel
Able to work At Prachinburi (304 Industrial Park)
Qualification
Good command in Japanese and English is also needed much more than communication level.
At least 10 years of working experience in Administrative and HR area, preferable experience in Manufacturing Background
Knowledge of business practices and culture in Japan is preferred
Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized while multi-tasking
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
