This shipment seem to be complicated for the process to take from the custom. The reason why the whole shipment was stuck because it is in the same shipment with the seed lot which referred to origin of Thailand (SNOOKER).
Because of the seed that referred to Thailand origin which is designated to be prohibited plant material, So we have to provide some documents and submit to the government for their consideration. This process we already did, unfortunately when we submit we are informed that the process for their consideration may take long time and we cannot know when the process is completed and no any guarantee that those seed are approved or not. Our logistic try also to explain that Snooker was produced in Thailand and seed production vender have to shipped the back to Netherlands and no any commercial in Thailand.
Therefore, the custom officer suggested us:
1). To return this shipment and re-shipment by change the seed lot that be not Thailand origin instead of Thailand origin.
2). Destroy those material (which we think not accepted)
3). Awaiting for process of government consideration to get that seed shipment but do not know how long this process can take and seeds of Thailand origin can get approved whether or not. If only this seed lot is stuck, any seed in this shipment will stuck. Moreover, during waiting this process the cost for seed maintenance (storage) also charge.
The good option I think is return shipment and re-shipment as in the option 1
And so far, if you want to ship the seed to Thailand please avoid Seed which Thailand origin and other country list which prohibit that you can check with Warathip.
