According to mathematic evaluation in table 5.1, from ten experiments, the best
combination is crossover rate = 0.95 and mutation rate = 0.001. As can see in table 5.1, the
crossover rate and mutation rate affect to the solution. The trend of the crossover rate was
high value, which can generate the better solution, which compare the combination 2 with the
combination 4 (same mutation rate), the result is the combination 2 is better. On the other
hand, the trend of the mutation rate was low value, which can generate the better solution,
which measure by the relationship between mutation rate and the solution as seen in table
