6. Results
The empirical data highlights the teachers' own reflections regarding the conditions for learning in their work organization. Two dimensions emerge as central in relation to conditions for learning. The first dimension deals with the everyday work context, and the second dimension takes place outside of the everyday work context in form of professional development activities. In this section, we look at these two dimensions in order to discuss management's interpretation of the concept of learning organization in relation to the teachers' reflections regarding their conditions for learning. It should be noted that the quotations presented have been chosen as they best illustrate the common view of the participating teachers.
