8. Establish permit to work system;
9. Implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System, populate the database, provide training, and establish a Preventive Maintenance program and Parts inventory control system;
10. Review and recommend necessary operational spare Parts and establish inventory control procedure for the Facility;
11. Assist the Owner regarding whether the EPC Contractor has completed requirements for occurrence of the date of Facility Acceptance, including specification of punch list work to be completed by the EPC Contractor.
