" I take that as a yes. Grace it is then." I laughed. Jake rubbed my leg then left the room. He came back moments later, with his cell in hand. He placed in on the bed and took grace from me. He laid her on the bed and brought forward shoestring and a pair of scissors that were sterilized.

" This wont hurt baby girl." He tired the shoestring tight then cut in front of it. He handed her back to me so I could keep her warm.

" I called the doctor. She say's congrats on the baby. She said to record everything on paper then we will have it put on the certificate later." I nodded and held Grace close.

" She also said when the placenta comes out to massage your belly so you don't bleed." I nodded again as I looked at my little girl. It was like everything that I had worried about was lifted.

An hour later…

I sat with Jake in his bed as we looked at our little tiny angel.

5 Years later…

Well going from a sad depressed boy in a black shirt to a happy boy with a bouncing baby girl in his arms wasn't easy but I got there some how. Jake and I are happy with our beautiful little girl. She is absolutely perfect in everyway. She didn't have any birth defects or anything. She was 100% healthy. I love her so much. She is just like Jake in so many ways, and acts like me some times with her attitude problems. I laugh at how cute she is though. She's my active 5 year old. I'm now 20 years old and in college. I graduated from high school with all A's and got my diploma. Jake is 23; his birthday is tomorrow so I should say 24, and has his own photography business. We have the best Christmas card every year. Anyway everything is fine in our little family. Jake and I have never had the problem we had before. We are married now, and I threatened him with divorce if he ever cheats on me ever again. He said he was true to his word and that he will keep his promise if I keep mine. I told him I would.
