Preparation of standard solution and extract solution
5.1.1 Preparation of standard solution of D-glucose (0.1 mg/mL)
Dissolve D-glucose (0.005 g) with distilled and adjust the volume up to
50 mL by using distilled water in 50 mL volumetric flask
5.1.2 Preparation of extract solution (10 mg/mL) dissolved in deionized water
5.1.2.1 Preparation of 10 mg/mL of polysaccharide extract
- Weigh polysaccharide extract powder 0.01 g and dissolve
with deionized water and after that adjust its volume up to 10 mL
5.1.2.2 Preparation of 1 mg/mL of polysaccharide extract
- Pipette 1 mL of extract solution from 5.1.2.1 and then adjust
its volume up to 10 mL by deionized water
5.1.2.3 Preparation of 0.1 mg/mL of polysaccharide extract- Pipette 1 mL of extract solution from 5.1.2.2 and then adjust
its volume up to 10 mL by deionized water
5.1.2.4 Preparation of 0.01 mg/mL of polysaccharide extract
- Pipette 1 mL of extract solution from 5.1.2.3 and then adjust
its volume up to 10 mL by deionized water
5.1.2.5 Preparation of 0.001 mg/mL of polysaccharide extract
- Pipette 1 mL of extract solution from 5.1.2.4 and then adjust
its volume up to 10 mL by deionized water
