4. Conclusions
The application of nanostructural TiO2 hierarchical spheres pre-pared by electrospray plus hydrothermal post-treatment in DSSCs was studied in this research. The TiO2 spheres were poly-dispersed and had a Gaussian distribution cantered at 600 nm, which is suit-able for light-scattering in DSSCs. At the same time, the pastes made of these spheres also have high specific surface area, smallpore size, and high pore volumes, so the as-prepared TiO2 spheresmaterials also has high ability to adsorb dyes.
