Table 6 shows the effect of dietary treatments on chilled carcass weight , dressing percentage , portion yield and the relative weights of the liver , gizzard , heart , spleen and bursa . Digestive organ size showed no significant differences between treatments , except for the bursa. The bursa in MH birds was the largest (P=0.028) and it was smallest in birds fed ML diets (0.23vs.0.14).
