Our model follows the sun so that we always have call centers globally open at all times providing seamless service. We also provide multi-lingual support to our clients. In the customer support role, you will gain a comprehensive introduction to our products and services, our clients, as well as insight into the global financial markets. It is a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to multitask. Good communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
