Health Promotion
The Six Principles of Health Promotion.
1. Exercise
Should exercise 30 minutes at least three times a week regularly.
2 Food
You should eat 5 groups of food and it has to be fresh, clean, freshly cooked.
3.Emotional
Emotional health is associated with emotional changes, affect the body, emotions affect health.
4. Avoid bad factor
- Avoiding risk factors that cause various diseases.
- Avoid eating foods that are high in fat, spicy foods, do not eat uncooked or cooked foods that are contaminated.
- To deal with stress by giving your mind is always cheerful.
5. Environment
Home environment that is conducive to good health for the whole family at the same time, it should create a good environment in the community.
6. No addict
- Avoiding vices
- Refrain smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling, and sexual promiscuity, which is threatening to cause adverse effects on physical and mental health
