Responsibilities:
Handles all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the VP- Construction.
Makes necessary arrangements for meeting and appointments with the VP-Construction.
Establishes and effective filling system and control of all incoming and outgoing correspondence/ memoranda.
Arranges travel requirements of the VP- Construction.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Coordinates & follows up with all other departments in all job assignment by VP- Construction.
Qualifications:
Female age around 25-30 years old.
3-5 Years in Secretarial, Coordination would be advantage
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
Good English literacy and communications skills
Willing to learn and hard working
