Regarding F&B full inventory, I believe one area we can improve is to create 1 standard of inventory report for all of our F&B outlets. Could you please help to make sure that you (owner) does receive an inventory report for end of July 2015 for all F&B outlets. In case the inventory standard is not complete or is lacking something please help advise them and improve it.
From here, I hope we can establish the real, clear, standard for inventory. And from this standard anyone can come at anytime to audit the department and compare and check the report.
