Dear VDC Team,
It has come to our attention that there has been a high cost of paint repair that accumulates in our P&L sheet by the end of each week. It has gotten so costly that repairing paint defect by some 3rd parties becomes an overpriced undertaking. Therefore, we, TC Subaru (Thailand), are introducing a new policy in order to control and reduce the cost of paint repair for all new SUBARU vehicles at VDC, TC Zero Logistics (Thailand). Please find the attached memo and new workflow for your further action.
Essentially, “VDC must not decide to transport any new SUBARU vehicles for paint repair to any 3rd parties before obtaining approval from TCST.” The new policy will be effective immediately, 6th October 2014.
Please do not hesitate to contact me or K.Pairat/Service Manager if you need further clarification on the new policy/workflow.
Thank you for your cooperation.
