On-the-job Training
The next four T&D methods involve learning by actually doing work-related tasks. On-the-job-training [DJT) is an informal T&D method that permits an employee to learn job tasks by actually performing them. The key to this training is to transfer knowledge from a highly skilled and experienced worker to a new employee, while maintaining the productivity of both workers.
