Please confirm where is the parcel, it should be at customer site. Indications were to keep parcel until further instructions (get approval of return document and pick up comments from our forwarder)
But as far as you have sent it, where is it at the moment in the attached file I see Korea, please come back to us the earliest as we need to find a solution and get back the gas meter.
If is there the possibility to contact DHL to stop shipment and deliver it to Southeast Asian Packaging again ,it would be great.
