In Customer Management block, there are 3 main
functionalities, Fulfillment, Assurance, and Billing. All these 3
main functionalities will work efficiently when supported by
Operational Support and Readiness, which provides all
customer information collected and maintained in Customer
Information Management block. Together with Market / Sales
Management it establishes a CRM (Customer Relationship
