A couple of weeks ago we went ahead and emptied out the Wizard of Oz to make sure all of our chips were marked that were in the machine. The last couple days, we've been emptying out the box in the office that we recycle the chips for the machine through and there are chips showing up that aren't from our machine. Please make sure we are checking the chips as guests bring them to you to turn them in. If you receive chips that aren't marked, please tell the guest that we are unable to accept chips from machines at different locations. If they ask how do we know if they're ours, use one of our chips as an example telling them that all of our chips are marked with a "W" on them. If you have a guest that wants to argue about it, don't hesitate to ask a member of management for assistance.
