What is this message for? It sounds that you do not know anything about terms and shipping arrangement.
As I told you, this shipment is under “FOB Bangkok”. Mr. Iwasaki of Lao Yamaki clearly informed me that consignee nominates freight forwarder. BSG is just arranging transportation between Lao Yamaki and specified CY and export customs clearance / in-transit customs clearance for Lao Yamaki.
What you have to ask is NOT steamship line. We have to ask for details about nominated freight forwarder in Thailand. This is very similar arrangement with Tominaga and Craft in which we have to coordinate shipment with other freight forwarder. In this case,
1. Based on details, we work with nominated freight forwarder on behalf of our customer
2. Our customer coordinate shipping arrangement with nominated freight forwarder and we receive booking information from our customer
In case of Tominaga and Craft, we arrange shipment with #2. We have to know how Lao Yamaki expect us to arrange shipment.
Your question #2 is not necessary now if she told you cargo ready is “unknown” although Mr. Iwasaki told me that cargo ready would be 15/Nov.
As I told you, this is our “new customer”. Please send appropriate request to our customer and communicate with them carefully.
