1. cheaper tuition fee.
2. high standard of education.
3. peaceful country.
4. art and culture country.
5. use bicycles every where.
6. good quality of food.
7. high possibility to learn music and art for hobbies with very low price, even lower than in Thailand.
8. good bread, bakery, chocolate, good beer, good wine with low price.
9. lots of antiques.
10. lots of museums with low entrance fee.
11. live concerts, performances every where with low prices. It means a chance to appreciate the art is high.
12. teaching style is letting you initiate your own things, not to copy or remember or follow the stick rules.
NEGATIVE:
1. people attitude-narrow minded (they think they are the best), conservative, racist(they don't like foreigners.)
2. manner: less basic manner than decent Thais.
2.1 less hygienes than decent Thais.
3. dirty (Leuven is the cleanest town.)
4. people here are not integrated.
5. state people work very inefficient.
6. People attitude-I'm not wrong. So, you will seldom hear, 'I'm sorry.' here. Everyone think they are right.
7. People attitude-If some bad things happen, they don't find the answer. They just ingore it as long as it doesn't touch them directly.
8. They have no service mind. If you have even been to USA, it like the heaven and the hell.
9. The don't have coordinated mind. They just do only their job as least as possible. The rest is for other people. So sometimes, they is no people to take resposibility for some issues at all.
10. smoking, pee, dog shit are every cities.
11. low competive, you may buy one product at the price 5 times different.
12. price tag and price at a cash register are not always the same.
13. there is no 'satisfaction guaratee' in this country. you just get it, depend on you luck, don't complain, it doesn't help.
