Responsibilities :-
To design, recommend, and implement optimal product and brand portfolio in Emerging Markets
To lead the preparation of Marketing and business section of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
To identify and support business development opportunities through primary and secondary research.
To execute short and medium term plans in order to balance strategic vision and annual target achievement.
To provide seafood marketing expertise, thought leadership, and insights from TU universe to JV marketing teams
To originate, develop and implement best practices in consumer marketing, consumer insights, and trade management across all Emerging Markets
To develop deep understanding of consumers of Emerging Markets through tailor made qualitative and quantitative research
To liaise with other Thai Union entities to identify brand assets that fit with consumer and market requirements in key Emerging Markets
To develop optimal pricing and promotional strategy through effective planning of every day prices and promotional intensity based on raw material price fluctuations in order to achieve market share and profitability goals
To lead and direct the innovation process for the Emerging Markets and to contribute to the Thai Union Global innovation agenda.
To actively manage innovation pipeline in Emerging Marketing, including launching global innovation platforms and customizing local launches
