Lipolytic activity of rice bran oil is inhibited due to drying
with hot air. As shown in Fig. 6(b) amount of oil extracted was
reduced from 130.9 to 113.4 mg/g for 50 days. This shows that
hot air drying is an effective method of stabilizing rice bran.
However, the process is not economical and not suitable to be
used in small-scale.
