Manage/ coordinate security operations to comply with HGST Security Requirement which may include the followings program
*Incident and Risk Analysis
- Risk analysis and write up protection plan of incidents are HGST’s assets loss, trespass incident
- Incident management (Investigate, Incident Report as a professional).
- Review / Audit Security program of Logistic transportation
*Emergency Planning
- Site emergency planning (ERP, DRP, SMT)
*Education Awareness and Special Program
- Periodic communicate and provide education to security guard contractor, HGST employees and contractors.
- Implement Security Operational Procedures according to HGST Security Manuals
- Frequent interact/coordinate with functional management, executives, law enforcement agencies, suppliers, etc.
- Write up/ review Site Security Programs and prepare required security reports
- Help Security Manager in planning security budget and control spending in the responsible areas.
- Manage all security documents and business control requirements.
- Represent the departments for all company related business requirement or by assignment.
- Other tasks as assigned by Security Manager
