garlic has been cultivated for centuries all over the world on account of its culinary and medicinal properties
it is mainly used as a condiment in various food preparations such as flavoring mayonnaise and tomato ketchup-sauce,salad dressing,meat sausages,stews,spaghetti,chutney pickles,etc.
though garlic is produced abundantly and consumed as such , little efforts have so far beer made to produce dehydrated garlic and garlic powder
