In the event of any bottom fouling due to Vessel’s stay at any place or area of more than 30 days an independent and bottom fouling qualified surveyor to be agreed upon by both parties, to ascertain the level of bottom fouling on the Vessel plus cleaning recommendations to restore the Vessel.Charterers, in line with the independent and qualified surveyor's recommendations, are to arrange for the cleaning of bottom, propeller / sea chests / hull and any other required cleaning due to bottom fouling at that port, or at the first available opportunity after Vessel’s sailing from that port, in which case Owners shall not be responsible for any under-performance until such time when the bottom cleaning has been effected to the satisfaction of an independent surveyor.
