The iConnect team are currently undertaking an exercise in reviewing licensed iConnect users to ensure that all licensed users are utilizing it effectively to generate leads and drive sales and to manage their customer relationships.
To be clear, the purpose of this exercise is not to encourage you to remove users and free up licenses, but to ensure that those that are licensed make good use of the tool. We are particularly keen to understand whether the users with “No” or “Slight” usage are (still) the correct people who should be licensed to use iConnect.
