The highest content of tartaric acid(2.8 g/l) occurred with Börner rootstock, whereas
grapevines on 196/17 Cl rootstock had the highest content of malic acid (6.4 g/l).
In 2002, grapevines on Kober5BB rootstock showed the lowest content of tartaric (2.3 g/l), malic (5.0 g/l), and citric(0.2 g/l) acids.
