1. System shall request the member and admin to login
2. User can register to be member
3. Member can manage their book list: favorite list and wish list
4. Member can buy book via credit card, debit card, PayPalใ
5.Admin can edit book data base (add, change information)
6. System will allow member download brought book
7. System will allow user doo detail of book
8. Member can contact admin

Non - Functional requirement
1. Availability – This website should online 24 hours for the users and members to use.
2. Reliability – This means that when come to the website, the users may able to open the website and pay the books through the visa cards when or where he/she pay it and also receive the books within the period of time.
3. Recoverability – We need to recover as soon as possible if the website is failed to access and tell the users that when our recovering website will finish. Therefore, this will make our users happy and continue to use our website
4. Maintainability – When we come to the state of maintain. We have to focus on what will happen in the future and need to improve our website to meet demand of the users. For example, the websites will be maintained every Friday from 09:00 AM - 12:00 AM.
5. Serviceability - We have to give a service to the users through website, e-mail or even the phone-services. This is very significant to the users when they have a trouble facing with the payment method or cannot receive any books after they have ordered. If you ordered the wrong books you can actually return the books to us after you have received it within one week and get the refunds back for free.
6. Manageability – In this scenario, we also have to update the books in every months as to check the errors within the books. For examples, update the wrong categories of the books and even the wrong currency of the money.
7. Data Integrity – This also a crucial parts of the process in our websites. During the maintenance process we have to re-check the information of the books before we open the maintenance time for the users.
8. Usability – This can be separated in many ways of how to use it. We created the websites to be used easily and everyone (every age) can access everywhere through Wi-Fi or 4G.
9. Performance – This is the important parts for the website to react quickly to the users (for example response time).
