IT Service Operations/Responsibilities
1. Support and troubleshoot issues with work related to Easy card system.
2. Manage the resolution of Incidents as recorded in help desk system (URL will be provided to TWZ)
3. Manage technical issues with external service partners.
4. Opening, follow-up and closure of incidents and submit weekly report.
5. Generate Operation Reports and/or Management Reports as on demand.
6. Consult for new requirement or new IT project.
7. Configuration Management for Easy Card.
8. Daily checking Easy card system for any error.
9. Preventive Maintenance (e.g. check working disk space, etc)
