Dear all employees,
As you know it’s time for Year-End PPR, please make sure you are ready for it. There are some points that you need to aware of PPR process this year;
• The PPR system is temporary inactive, so PPR for year-end will be done in hard copy. You can use the template as attached for this purpose, and once the system is activated HR will inform you to input in the system probably during Feb-Mar 15
• After self-evaluation, please submit to your direct manager for Manager evaluation step. The conversation between employee and manager to clarify on evaluation will take place after that.
• Manager of each Dept consolidate rating and submit to HR for calibration.
• Performance rating should be done after calibration session (not before that)
