‘Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals’
(REACH) and the Biocidal Products Directive 98/8/EC. These
regulations demand reduction of solvent or wastes of industrial
products, and to reuse or recycle end of life vehicles [1]. In addition,
the automotive market of developing countries, such as China, India
