Cheque drawn in favour of the beneficiary or to any act involving management of the investment of the trust fund.
(g) the trustee shall have complete discretion as to the making of any declaration, resolution or determination and shall not be bound to assign any reason therefore.
(h) the trustee shall incur no personal liability whatsoever for any loss or damage which may result from the bona fide exercise of the powers, rights, authorities or discretions vested in the trustee.
Powers of investment and management of the trust fund
(i) In addition to the powers of investment and management of the trust fund conferred on the trustee by law, the trustee may;
(i) invest the trust fund in any form of investment and at any time vary any investment and otherwise deal with and manage the trust fund as if the trustee was the absolute beneficial owner of it;
(ii) lend trust money to any beneficiary (including one who is also a trustee) with or without security upon such terms and conditions as to repayment and with or without interest as the trustee may determine;
(iii) allow any beneficiary (including one who is also a trustee) to use any property forming part of the trust fund, with or without charge and upon such terms and conditions as to repair, replacement, insurance and payment of outgoings or otherwise as the trustee may determine;
(iv) acquire speculative investment;
(v) confer on prospective purchasers options to purchase trust property allowed by law but not extending beyond the vesting day;
(vi) borrow money whether or not on the security of trust property, for any purpose of the trust, including the acquisition of investments;
