The survey was conducted by Adecco Thailand on
the topic of “Stay or leave: What matters most?“
2,276 candidates across the country participated in
this survey in Q4/2014. The objective was to find
the key driving factors that influence employees’
decisions to stay in an organization and what they
look for during job shifts. Both HR and Business
Leaders can use these findings to develop retention
and engagement strategies in order to retain the
employees that they have worked hard to recruit
into the company.
