When I was in the college level, I studied in a University in Manila which is very far from home. I stayed in a ladies’ dormitory, meals were included in the monthly payment. They feed us salted egg at times, this is where I learned to love salted egg. When I was a grade-schooler, I never imagined myself eating salted egg. I tasted it once and it tasted like hell to me. I said I would never taste it again. Now my husband and I are still loving it, and now it tastes like heaven to me, knowing it contains nutrients essential to human body.
